At WEAR, customer satisfaction matters to us. We carefully check every product before shipping, but if there’s an issue, we’re happy to help under the policy below.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

Important Notice

  • To ensure quick resolution, please check your product at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a defective item or incorrect size, kindly inform the delivery personnel immediately.

  • Requests made after delivery is completed may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect size delivered

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Issue must be reported during delivery.

  • Return approval is subject to inspection by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Issues reported after delivery

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Change of mind

  • Customized items

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available (one time) for size issues, subject to stock.

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
