Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date the product is delivered.
You must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or exchange.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue when you email us.
The item must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to improper handling.
Orders with no valid reason for return (e.g., change of mind).
Customized or altered clothing.

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
You must ship the product to the address provided for returns.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or store credit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if a replacement item is unavailable or if the item is out of stock.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges for size issues, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must follow the same 24-hour notification rule.
