My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Delivery solely depends on Courier service. Most of the courier deliver on holiday.
Do you deliver to Home address?
Yes. We provide home delivery service except non-Transported area where delivery can't go. In these case you have to collect products from nearest Barzar, or market.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Next Delivery is only available inside Dhaka.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
We don't need any sign when you receive products but courier may ask for sign for delivery prove.
